Unchained Malady

(A Tale in 3 Haiku)

Scene 1:

Two birds on a flex,
claiming right of perch to swing,
aiming claws and kicks.

Scene 2:

Wise bird interferes,
why behave like human beings,
show thy gift not guile.

Scene 3:

Chastised birds make peace,
what’s with these two asks a fourth,
“the bane of mankind!”

    1. Thank you so much, Deepika! Truly delighted to hear that you enjoyed reading it! 🙏🏻🙂
All pictures here, as well as on Insta, since the last two months are from my bedroom window – as far as I can stretch to see what the birds are up to in the society garden and thereabouts! 😄
